At Scenic Homewatch and Services, we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to pricing. The cost depends on your property and specific needs—condominiums, for example, take less time to inspect compared to homes with pools and extensive landscaping.
Contact us to discuss your unique situation, and we’ll provide tailored service and pricing options for your home.

If I discover an issue or potential concern, you will be notified right away. For minor problems, we can resolve them ourself. For larger issues, we will provide a recommended solution for your approval. Any service vendors we suggest will be carefully vetted, licensed, insured, and come with excellent references to help with your peace of mind.

Weekly inspections are recommended to catch potential issues early, but the frequency may depend on your personal preference and your insurance provider’s requirements. Some insurance policies mandate a specific number of inspections per month, and addressing problems promptly can help prevent costly damage or larger issues from developing.

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST. While we are not a 24/7 service, we understand the nature of our work and make every effort to assist clients with emergencies after hours or on weekends whenever possible.
- 08
Severe storms and hurricanes in Florida can cause significant damage to homes. As part of our services, we offer a quick “Post-Storm Inspection” to check for leaks or property damage. These inspections are performed at half our regular rate, helping to confirm your home is assessed promptly and efficiently after severe weather. Once the storm has passed and local authorities have deemed your home's location safe for access, we will promptly contact you to update you on the status of your property.

While a neighbor may mean well, they often lack the proper credentials, insurance, training, and tools, such as detailed checklists and photo documentation, to properly monitor your home. Entrusting your keys, alarm codes, and belongings to someone untrained can lead to potential issues, especially if they miss a problem or are unavailable. What happens if they go on vacation or need to hand your keys to someone else? Hiring a professional like Scenic Homewatch and Services helps check that your home is cared for with accountability, expertise, and the peace of mind that only trained professionals can provide.

Many Homeowners Associations and Condominium Associations now require absentee owners to have someone monitor their vacant properties. We’re happy to provide our credentials to Associations, allowing us to be added to their "approved vendor list." This keeps the Association updated with our insurance, bonding, business information, and workers' compensation documents while also potentially providing clarity on who is entering the property.
Scenic Homewatch and Services is fully bonded, insured, and background checked, and we take pride in meeting the highest professional standards.
